Faculty Web Reporting
Simplified web-based reports are available for any Faculty members who serve as the primary Principal Investigator (Person Responsible) or the co-Principal Investigator for any sponsored project. This includes both award based (30x-38x) projects and non-award based (36x and 39x) projects, as well as start-up (4xx) funds.
Principal Investigators may access these reports by simply logging into the Duke@Work website and entering their Duke Net ID and password. The reports will be displayed under the Faculty Reports tab.
While the reports are simple to use and tips are provided on each report, please consult the detailed documentation for more about the report content and navigation if needed. If you are having difficulty with accessing the system or cannot locate a fund for which you have responsibility, please send an email
to
r-3@duke.edu. If you have questions about a particular amount or transaction, please contact your departmental business office.
Business Managers and other support staff may also access the same simplified Faculty Reports for their Principal Investigators by requesting the Web Reporting (Faculty View) access via their departmental SAP User Administrator. The reports will be located in the Grants Management tab on the Duke@Work website.
